Privacy Policy

StatStation is built to know as little about your server as possible. This policy explains exactly what we store, what we deliberately do not collect, and who we share it with. It applies to the StatStation Discord application operated by Fiftify Inc.

The short version: the bot requests the Discord Guilds intent only. It cannot read your messages or your member list. We store a handful of configuration IDs and your subscription state - nothing about the people in your server.

1. What we store

Discord guild ID - the server StatStation is installed in.
Configured union IDs - the TS2 unions you chose to track.
Channel IDs - where reports are posted.
Post times and server timezone - when reports should run.
Subscription / entitlement state - which plan is active, as reported by Discord.

2. What we do not collect

No message content of any kind.
No member lists, roles, or profiles.
No personal data about Discord users.
No direct messages, no voice, no attachments.

Because the bot holds the Guilds intent only, this data is not merely unused - it is not accessible to the Service in the first place.

3. Game statistics

The TS2 figures shown in reports are aggregated public leaderboard data collected by Fiftify. They are not tied to your Discord identity and are the same public standings visible to any player.

4. How we use what we store

Solely to operate the Service: to know which unions to report on, which channels and times to post to, and whether your subscription is active. We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond delivering StatStation.

5. Third-party services

Discord API - to install the bot, post reports, and manage subscriptions.
Cloudflare - hosting for this website.
PostgreSQL on our own infrastructure - stores the configuration listed above.

We use no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers on this site or in the bot.

6. Retention

Configuration is kept while StatStation is installed and active. If you remove the bot or cancel and stop using the Service, the associated configuration is deleted within a reasonable period. You can request deletion sooner via support.

7. Your choices

You control the data simply by configuring or removing the bot. To request access to or deletion of your server's stored configuration, contact info@fiftify.com.

8. Children

StatStation is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect their data. Use of Discord is subject to Discord's own age requirements.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced through our support channel.
