Refund Policy

Read this first. StatStation subscriptions are sold through Discord Premium Apps, which makes Discord the merchant of record. That means payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Discord under Discord's own policies - not billed or refunded by us directly.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Discord:

Open User Settings → Subscriptions in Discord (or manage the app subscription from the server).
Cancel the StatStation subscription.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not, by itself, issue a refund for the current period.

2. Refunds

Because Discord processes payment, refund eligibility and any refund are determined by Discord's refund policy and process. To request a refund, use Discord's support / billing flow for the StatStation subscription. We do not have the ability to charge or refund your payment method directly.

3. Free demo

The top-50 demo digest is free. There is no charge and therefore nothing to refund.

4. If something went wrong

If StatStation failed to deliver what your plan promised - for example reports did not post despite correct setup - contact us. While we cannot process the payment ourselves, we will investigate, help fix the configuration, and where appropriate support your refund request to Discord with the relevant details.
