Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StatStation (the "Service"), a Discord application operated by Fiftify Inc. ("we", "us"). By adding StatStation to a Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What StatStation is

StatStation is a third-party analytics tool that posts scheduled statistics about TS2 unions into a Discord channel you choose. It displays aggregated public leaderboard data. StatStation is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the publisher of TS2. All game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must have permission to add applications to the Discord server where you install StatStation, and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for how the Service is configured and used within your server.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold through Discord Premium Apps. Discord is the merchant of record: it processes payment, manages your subscription, and issues receipts. We never see or store your card details. Plans are billed per server on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

• Paid tiers differ by how many unions you may track (Solo: 1, Alliance: 5, Federation: 10).
• You can cancel at any time from Discord's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; use it to harass others; or use it in violation of any law or of Discord's rules. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

5. Data accuracy and forecasts

Statistics cover approximately the top 25 players of each tracked union and the top-100 unions. Figures reflect the last completed day of the season and refresh once daily. Forecasts and overtake estimates are projections based on recent pace - they are estimates, not guarantees, and may be inaccurate. Use them as guidance, not fact.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features, and may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot and cancelling any subscription through Discord. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or if required to comply with Discord's policies or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the statistics or forecasts are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiftify Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
